Ways To Lose Waist Fat and Hip Fat in a Couple of Months
Monday, April 27th, 2009If you want to lose waist fat and remove that hip fat that you have been carrying around, then using the right methods will get you there in the quickest time possible.
If you decide to go with this plan, then you will lose fat from every part of your body, along with waist fat and hip fat. This is because you cannot lose fat from just a certain part of your body. Your body is one organic system and everything is connected.
Getting rid of the fat from your waist and hips will require a reduction in calories. I can see you at this very moment giving out a big sigh, as this just sounds like a diet. If you want real success, then I advise you to do this. If you don't want to do this, then thats ok. You just won't get the rewards of a sleeker body.
You will then need to remove around 500 calories a day. You cannot do this by missing meals. You have to do this by cutting back on the size of the portions that you are eating.Doing this on its own will reduce hip fat and waist fat. What you then need to do is to add some exercise, as this will really speed things up (is that another sigh? ). Exercising will greatly shorten the time to get the results that you want.
Usually a normal cardio program is followed to reduce fat. Doing cardio for hours on end is not the most productive method to reduce fat. If you begin to use interval training in your workouts, you will lose waist fat and reduce hip fat in a much shorter time period.
The definition of interval training is that you train at a steady pace for 2-4 minutes and then you go as fast as you can from 1-2 minutes. You then go back to the normal pace for a few minutes. This not only helps in losing fat quicker, you give your metabolism a great boost. This means more calories will be burned by your metabolism.
After a couple of weeks of doing this, decrease your calories again, but only by about 200. You then speed up your interval training even further. Repeat this again 2 weeks later. Remember that it is unhealthy to cut too many daily calories, as you will be depriving your body of important nutrients. Also add some abs routines into your training. Simply because when you have lost your waist fat, and hip fat, you will be able to see some good definition of the stomach area.
The cardio exercise that you choose to do will be your preference. Pick one that you are going to be comfortable with and are going to stick with. You just need to stay with this program for a few months. Do this and it will only be a matter of time when you can say “I used to have waist fat and hip fat, but I lost it”.
